Who is eligible for a LeVeen-Roach Scholarship?
Jeff and Stephen loved family, golf, Secession Golf Club, and the Lowcountry of South Carolina, especially the area in and around Beaufort. Therefore, the LeVeen-Roach Scholarship Fund supports and reflects Jeff's and Stephen's values as it helps to meet the educational goals and ambitions of high school students and their parents from the region.
Scholarship grants are contingent upon the recipient's graduation from high school and/or successful completion of the current academic year in college AND enrollment in an accredited college, university or professional program.
Funds are disbursed in the recipient's name directly to the school's bursar's office.

Requirements
Submissions begin with our online application. Please fill out the application completely and click "submit" on the final page. You'll then receive a confirmation email requesting additional information to complete your application. Note also that in many cases your application is only way we can judge your qualifications. Take care to follow all instructions fully.
In addition, please include the following:
- An essay describing your participation and/or connection to golf
- A recent photograph, suitable for posting on this website
- Two letters of recommendation
- An updated transcript of your grades
- A current list of honors, achievements, and special activities in which you have been or are currently involved
- The previous year's tax returns for you and/or your parents or guardians
Plus, if there are any unusual circumstances you want the Board to consider with your candidacy, please include a description in an additional letter accompanying your application.
